WHY SHOULD I JOIN THE ASSOCIATION?
• To receive information (via the Newsletter and this Website) about the Association, its activities and community (pupils and teachers past and present). The Newsletter takes an awful lot of work to produce and depends entirely on information getting through to the Editor, Anne Baines-Farrant. So if you have anything of interest, perhaps news of an event you’ve taken part in, a change of career, or you are starting one, a funny story or a photo of yourself and/or other “Old Girls” please do send it to Anne. Don’t worry about your literary skills, this could be your opportunity to practise them or if you simply give Anne the details, she will do the rest.
• To save money on your refreshments on reunion days. Members pay £5, non-members pay £7. If you pay non-member rate for your reunion lunch but decide to join the Association on reunion day we will refund the difference.
•To support the School and Pupils. The Association has in the past made donations to help pupils with trips and expeditions. We have also made gifts to retiring staff and Sisters in the community.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN?
•One Year’s Membership is £5
•Five year’s membership is a bargain at £20, a saving of £5
WHEN DOES THE YEAR START?
•The membership year starts on 1st October and runs until 30th September - This is a recent change. In the past, years have been Calendar or starting on 1st September. As the reunion tends to be around the end of September or the beginning of October, the Association thought it would make more sense to align the membership year so that the reunion was at the start.

HOW DO I PAY?
•You can pay in cash, by cheque (Made out to “Association Of Our Lady Of Providence” or by standing order. If you want to pay by standing order, please complete the “Standing order” section of the Association Membership and Standing Order form. Please send Money/Cheques/Forms for Membership to Caroline Grinham.
